IBKE can do clusters
Biogas clusters are springing up all over the country, although fewer in eastern Germany than in northwestern and southern Germany due to more sprawling structures. We are assisting several plants in the implementation of cluster projects with two to five biogas plants. We identify the available quantities and prices of raw biogas, taking into account various scenarios for the continued operation of the individual biogas plants. We also support the clusters in the design of the correct accounting and allocation of raw biogas volumes from manure, slurry, waste, and renewable raw materials – some to other uses that are still being operated parallel to upgrading, such as CHP units, biogas boilers, and satellite CHP plants with a wide variety of EEG versions and EEG remuneration expiry dates. Last but not least we accompany the biogas plants through to the calculation of individual greenhouse gas reduction values for raw biogas and the biomethane planned in all cases for marketing.
