Vergärung von Pferdemist: Modell- und Demonstrationsvorhaben

Zusammen mit der Schockemöhle Bioenergie & Co. KG entwickeln wir eine optimierte Substratlogistik. Die besonderen Herausforderungen sind dabei die Minimierung von Energieverlusten der Lagerung und der Umgang mit Störstoffen. Davon können auch Betreiber von anderen Biogas- und Biomethananlagen lernen, wenn sie planen, große Mengen Mist zu vergären.

Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen auf der wirtschaftlichen, energetischen und ökologischen (THG-Bilanzierung) Bewertung. Außerdem kümmern wir uns um die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit auf Social Media. Projektstart ist für Anfang 2024 geplant. Wir freuen uns auf das spannende Projekt!

Das Projekt "Modell- und Demonstrationsanlage BMA Lewitz" wird vom Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft (BMEL) gefördert. Unser Antrag wurde im bundesweiten BMEL-Förderaufruf „Modell- und Demonstrationsvorhaben zur Erhöhung des Anteils von Wirtschaftsdüngern in Biogasanlagen“ausgewählt.

Collaborative / Joint project „MuD BMA Lewitz“

The project partners came together in order to build a demonstration plant for the fermentation of large quantities of horse manure and for the production of bio-LNG as a fuel. Intended input materials for the fermentation are farm manure, including horse manure from Paul Schockemöhle Pferdehaltung GmbH, and energy crops.

Demonstration Project: Biomethane from Horse Manure

Together with Schockemöhle Bioenergie & Co KG, we are developing an optimised substrate logistic concept. The particular challenges here are the minimisation of energy losses during storage and the handling of impurities. Operators of other biogas and biomethane plants can also learn from this if they are planning to ferment large quantities of manure.

REGATEC 2023 in Berlin

The REGATEC conference will be held in Berlin at the Van der Valk hotel from May 15-16, 2023. The focus will be on renewable methane for gas mobility or grid injection, including anaerobic digestion, gasification and power-to-gas.

Project BIOKRAFT has started

Together with the KTBL and the German Biogas Association, we are developing a guide and an online application to enable existing biogas plants to test the feasibility and profitability of fuel supply and distribution as a new business area.

Biomethane day in Weimar 2022

On June 22, 2022, our Institute for Biogas, Circular Economy and Energy in cooperation with the BBH Group invited to the Biomethane Conference in Weimar/Thuringia. It was a very successful event, which calls for repetition.
